People take shilajit for energy and testosterone, but the research is small. It is the only one we found on Amazon.co.uk whose brand posts a report for a named batch.

Each capsule holds 250 mg of PrimaVie, so two give the 500 mg a day that a published exercise trial used (Keller 2019). There are no other herbs in it. SuperSmart posts a report for one batch: it lists lead, arsenic and mercury at 0.0 but gives no cadmium result, does not name the lab and does not test thallium, so it is a start, not proof. SuperSmart prices it in euros on its own store, so we show no pound price.
