  "methodology": "For every product in the catalog we searched DSLD by brand and product name, retrieved the full filed label, and read the declared elemental dose and the maximum daily servings the label itself permits. Maximum permitted daily intake is dose per serving multiplied by maximum daily servings, compared against the NIH tolerable upper intake level. A label is accepted as MATCHED only when its declared dose equals the catalog dose within 2 percent AND the brand string agrees; weaker matches are published with their weaker status rather than being silently upgraded, because a wrong label is worse than no label on a claim of this kind. Where a label declares no maximum daily servings we compute at one serving and flag it, since one serving is the smallest intake anyone following the label could have, so an exceeds-the-limit result still holds. No value here is estimated, inferred, or supplied by a language model: every field is read from the filed label or computed from it, and the DSLD id is published on every row so any figure can be checked against the source.",
